Hello Praire Central District!

I’m so grateful for the warm welcome you’ve offered me as I get to know you, your churches, your faith communities, and your ministries. It is a privilege to be your District Superintendent!

In the congregation I recently served, we offered a worship series during the month of June with this catchphrase: Change is hard, you go first…. (credit: Dr. Marcia McFee and worshipdesignstudio.com). In the churches and faith communities you and I know and love, everything seems to be constantly changing. I am so thankful, through welcome change, and the more difficult transitions, to rely on this truth:

The Lord will protect you on your journeys—

  whether going or coming—

from now until forever from now. (Psalm 121)

I look forward to journeying WITH you!

Every Blessing,

Rev. Wendy Hardin Hermann

Superintendent, Prairie Central District
