Is it really February? Bird's chirping, grass growing, and flowers blooming? These are all signs of spring. Will there be a winter? Although this weather is really great, I am ready for the real spring. However, I wouldn't break out the shorts just yet. I am sure winter will show its head one or two more times. I guess we'll see what the groundhog says!
This is a good time of year to look at your Policy and Procedure Manuals. It might be good to re-write some of the technology areas in order to keep up with all the electronic items our techs may be using. This could also be a good time to look into starting a residential service contract or revamping the one you have. I spend a lot of my day this time of year trying to get myself and my employees ready for summer.
A great way to get ready for the busy summer months is to get your employees enrolled in a few training classes. Check out the TACCAGH website for all the upcoming training classes heading your way. Also, don't forget about the member luncheon for this month which is being held at Century on Feb 21st at 10:30am.
