Shipping update and reminders |
With the busy holiday season gearing up, we want to remind you to have customers check their delivery emails and use the tracking numbers for the most current estimate of arrival.
Please let customers know that orders placed by the December 15th will allow the best chance of delivery by Christmas, but no guarantees are possible given the unusually high volume of the holiday season.

Don’t believe sophisticated scammers |
Online scammers are always looking for an opportunity to mislead people into fraudulent schemes involving gift cards, credit card information, or even bitcoin payments.
Unfortunately, the holiday season makes this form of theft easier and scammers are taking advantage of the increased shipping activity.
|
Many reports of fake shipping alerts like the one pictured are being delivered to cell phones and emails. These usually ask the recipient to confirm their credit card information or to pay a fee. Don’t be fooled by fakes!
If a theft does occur, be sure to report it to your local police department so they can help you take the next steps.
Let your customers know that they can always contact us if they have any questions about a specific order or L'BRI package delivery.
