Shopping cart update shows free shipping reminder |
A recent update to the shopping cart will remind customers with more than $10 worth of products in their cart that orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. This update was added to the cart today and is only visible with a customer account.
Customers will also see this reminder when they check out. We know everybody loves FREE, so why not let them know when they're on their way to FREE shipping? Here's to happy shopping!

Reminder: Policy update on credits |
New policy takes effect April 1
Effective April 1, new credits issued will only be redeemable for products and will no longer apply toward tax or shipping costs.
To see which type a customer has, you can look at the issue date or view the description. If the date of issue was before April 1, the credit may be used for tax or shipping.
If the credit shows the word "PRODUCT" it may only be applied toward the purchase of a product.

Check customer records for accuracy |
Package tracking is great, but address accuracy and recognition by the Post Office are both important factors for quick delivery and avoiding needless delays or disappointment.
The address validation tool makes it easy to ensure the address on file for a customer is valid and recognized by the USPS for delivery. In some cases, if an address is not recognized by the Post Office, the package may be returned or delivery not attempted.
Check email addresses and phone numbers for accuracy too
Every month, L’BRI sends emails to your customers to inform them of sales or special events. From time to time you may want to check the email addresses of your customers to make sure they are valid, working email addresses. Make sure that it includes the full address and does not include typos, such as @gmaill.com or @yahoo.con.
