Making payment updates or editing Tech Fee payment types |
Important payment processing updates
We are currently working to address two separate issues that may affect Consultants who are updating the payment information for their Monthly Technology Fee and for any updates or edits to an existing order for a customer.
Monthly Technology Fee payment updates
We are aware that the option to edit your payment information in the Business Center is not currently processing these payments. Starting today, this option will be temporarily removed.
If you need update your payment method or information, please complete the Monthly Technology Fee Update Form which can be found in your Business Center Resources | Consultant Support.
Customer orders with edits or updates
For customers who would like to adjust an order, you will need to have complete payment information before contacting our Customer Care team. When you call, please have the credit card number, the expiration date and three-digit security code to process the difference in cost. This update is effective immediately.
If you have questions about a specific credit, order, or technology fee update, please contact support@lbri.com.

Effective April 1, new credits issued will only be redeemable for products and will no longer apply toward tax or shipping costs.
To see which type a customer has, you can look at the issue date or view the description. If the date of issue was before April 1, the credit may be used for tax or shipping.
If the credit shows the word "PRODUCT" it may only be applied toward the purchase of a product.
