County Seat Business Park is located in Center City, the county seat for Chisago County. There are roughly 6.5 acres available for development. The park has both access to two electric providers and two Internet providers. It is now located on a new roundabout on Highway 8 and Pleasant Valley Road providing easy access. The site is located next to Smith Metals manufacturing facility and the county’s new jail and communication center. This site is ideal for data centers, hotels, or manufacturing.

GPS Fam Event

Discover East Central Minnesota

Over 40 people attended the “Discover East Central Minnesota – Your Point of Opportunity” Familiarization event hosted by GPS 45::93 a regional economic development partnership. It was held on April 10 at the Sunken Ship Brewery in Princeton.  CE Credits were made available for Realtors through MNCAR. Presentations familiarized attendees with East Central Minnesota’s buildable land options and financing, as well as the ready workforce and quality of life.  Networking at the Sunken Ship was a bonus. The new connections and old relationships are so valuable in our economic development work.
