Dashboard's Showing Settings Access Type: Supra eKey
After the initial fix released on April 22, to address Supra eKEY not appearing as an access type option in the showing settings notification modal for all agents, Product recognized additional fixes were needed for agents of select brokerages. The issue impacted agents specifically associated to brokerages without a SUPRA plan feature selected in the backend.
While additional fixes were implemented, Supra eKEY remained available for these agents in both web and mobile’s Showing Configuration page accessible to agents via their listings landing page.
