2023 Keynote: Devon Price

Autistic Psychologist, Professor, Author


Devon Price, PhD, is a social psychologist, professor, author, and proud Autistic person. His research has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and the Journal of Positive Psychology. Devon’s writing has appeared in outlets such as the Financial Times, HuffPost, Slate, Jacobin, Business Insider, LitHub, and on PBS and NPR. He lives in Chicago, where he serves as an assistant professor at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Devon is also the author of "Laziness Does Not Exist" (2021) and "Unmasking Autism" (2022).

Teen Adult Specialist


Responsibilities include:

  • Coach and refer individuals, parents and professionals with a special emphasis on Teens and Adults.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies
  • Attend resource-sharing meetings, health fairs and other community events


Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in social work, education or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with families and autistic consumers 
  • A deep knowledge of services for teens and adults with developmental disabilities

Neurodivergent Professionals Networking Group (virtual event)

Tuesday, March 7th from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Are you a neurodivergent professional? This networking and social meeting is for autistic self-advocates, those with ADHD, and other neurodiverse backgrounds who are looking to build connections and community with peers as we discuss advocating in our places of employment, navigating resources, reaching our professional goals, and much more. Social Roleplaying: Dungeon & Dragons (virtual event)

Various dates and times Sessions are scheduled based on member availability. Options available to fit most schedules.

Join us for socialization and roleplaying as we work together to tackle challenges big and small. Create a character and join in on the adventures. New and experienced players are welcome. For this activity, we will be utilizing text and voice messaging features on Discord and will be using the D&D Beyond companion app (available for free via web browser https://www.dndbeyond.com/).

Meet Selena!


We would like to welcome Selena Rodriguez as official consultant and moderator of our Discord Social Group with Milestones! Selena is currently a sophomore at Sinclair College and is studying psychology. Selena has previously served as a volunteer for our Milestones Discord activities, and will lead our Double Rainbow Group while supporting additional aspects of our Discord programming. She is passionate about uplifting neurodiverse communities and is eager to create more opportunities for connection.
