Kindergarten Registration is Open for the

2024-2025 School Year!

We understand that sending your little one off to Kindergarten can be an emotional experience, which is why we are here to support you every step of the way. Our Kindergarten program offers a nurturing environment where your child can thrive and grow.

To enroll in Kindergarten, children must be five years old on or before August 31. Families eager to secure a spot for their child are encouraged to register promptly! Enjoy the convenience of online registration or schedule an in-person appointment – we accommodate busy families with ease. Bilingual support is also available for a seamless enrollment process.

Now Accepting Nominations for

Employee Champions of the Year

Do you know a Child Nutrition Services, Custodial/Maintenance, Paraprofessional, Secretarial, Technology, or Transportation employee who is passionate, dedicated, and making a difference? If so, please consider nominating them for Employee Champion of the Year for the 2024-2025 school year.

To nominate, simply complete the nomination form by April 30, 2024. Students, parents, and community members are encouraged to nominate!

A committee will also select a classified employee to represent Christina School District as its District Educational Support Professional of the Year and this individual will also be in the running to be named the State Educational Support Professional of the Year by the Delaware Department of Education. The State Educational Professional of the Year will be announced this fall.

Celebrate Creativity: Highlights from the

CSD Annual Art Show

We are thrilled to announce the success of the Christina School District Annual District Art Show, where over 900 pieces of student artwork were proudly displayed for the community to admire. From ceramics to digital art, drawings to paintings, and photography, the talent and creativity of our students in grades K-12 were truly on show.

This year, we made a bold move by hosting the event at the prestigious Delaware Art Museum, which attracted a large audience to our two spectacular opening receptions. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our student artists and their families for their unwavering support of this cherished annual tradition.
