Update - July 2024

Join Us for the 3rd Annual Walk for Courage!

CMHA Grey Bruce invites you to the 3rd Annual Walk for Courage hosted by the Courage family. This impactful event raises essential funds and awareness for mental health services.

In memory of Jeffrey Courage, who died by suicide in 2019, this walk unites the community to honour those we've lost and support those struggling with mental health. Funds raised will support programs such as Mental Health First Aid, SafeTALK, and ASIST (Suicide Intervention Skills Training).

Join us to make a difference! Your participation will help provide vital support and resources to those in need.

If you cannot participate as a walker, you can still make a difference by making a donation. Every contribution helps us continue our mission to support mental health in our community.
