DRUG-FREE COMMUNITIES AWARDS TWO LOCAL COALITIONS
On October 30th, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) announced an initial round of 150 new grants for its   Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program.   We would like to extend congratulations to the Novi Community Coalition and the Southfield Community Anti-Drug Coalition for being awarded this grant! This funding strengthens the infrastructure among local partners to create and sustain a reduction in local youth substance use.

To date, 14 of the 19 prevention coalitions, that the Alliance supports in Oakland County, have received Drug Free Communities funding.
