We wanted to inform you that Help Me Grow Central Intake
is
continuing to accept referrals during this state of emergency for both Home Visiting and Early Intervention services.
In order to maintain the safety of families and providers, services may look different than usual. Home visitors and Early Intervention service coordinators are temporarily providing services via video technology, over the telephone, and in other creative ways our providers find to connect with pregnant women and families.
Help Me Grow's knowledgeable professionals can connect vulnerable families to the services and resources they need, especially during this COVID-19 crisis.
Although working remotely, Help Me Grow Central Intake can be reached via all regular channels to assist with the referral process. We are fortunate to live in a time where technology can keep us connected!
There are several different ways to make a referral:
