Dear friends,

Because we all need a little sunshine these days.... especially after all that rain and a gloomy day like yesterday - although I fully enjoyed a rainy night on the couch with it getting dark so early! It's been awhile so I just wanted to send a quick hello and share this recent listing of mine that was featured in Boston Magazine. It was a dream to show, and luckily we are under contract to some wonderful local buyers. Fingers crossed for smooth sailing from here.


In other news (and why you haven't heard from me much lately!), the real estate market has gone crazy these last few months. I'm working on a note with overall market updates post-COVID, but here's a few recent highlights from over here at Fleet & Co:

-this week I got an offer accepted for buyer clients against 26 - yes, 26!!! - other offers. What a wild feat!
-last month I sold a home for seller clients in which we received 19 offers in one weekend - for about 75% over what they paid for it *4 years ago* (although they did quite a bit of work!)
-yesterday I sold a Boston condo that we got for UNDER asking - also quite a feat in this market, but the city is a slower market than the suburbs and there's actually some good opportunity there!
-I've also helped several clients buy and sell recently who were past clients - SO SO many this year - LOVE seeing things come full circle and help my once upon a time first time buyers in their next big life steps!
-OH AND, best of all... I'm still getting married in October, yahoo!!!

Selling houses and planning a wedding? Good thing this girl loves being busy! ;-)
