It's officially Fall

We definitely have some updates for you

Fall Cleanups

Whether it's just blowing leaves off of lawns, or performing a sprucing up with new mulch, we've started already.

Certain municipalities will collect leaves piled at the curb for free. We are scheduling based on their pick ups. The schedules are are following are:

Arlington County
City of Alexandria
City of Falls Church
Portions of Fairfax
Town of Vienna

If you prefer or need us to haul away leaves, we offer that service as well.

NEW FOR 2022: We have electric blowers! Due to logistics and costs, hourly rates are higher, but if you'd like a low-noise leaf clearing, happier neighbors, or just want to support the electric movement, let us know.

Report Cards

Not everyone knows this, but "Avanza" in Spanish means "to move forward" or "to advance". One of the ways we plan on doing that is we'll be providing report cards on services. This is one way that we'll make sure we're performing the best possible services

Social Media

We aren't huge on social media, but we're working on getting better (as always). Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or even Twitter. We posts projects that could stir some inspiration, updates, or even useful community information. The links to our pages are at the bottom of this email.

A few last things:

Mowing services generally end around November 15th.
Contracts for 2023 are going out soon. We'd love for you to still be a part of the Avanza family.
Our team will be expanding. We can't wait to announce that update when it becomes official.
