As soon as I could, I did all the proper preparation, including the colonic and set it all up for success. And it was! I could see the results! There was no doubt that I had shifted out many liver stones and there were also gallstones to be seen.
The process of eating mostly vegetables and fruits for five days, drinking apple juice, or malic acid instead of juice, if too sweet, was so easy to do. Drinking this during these five days certainly did the trick of softening the liver and gallstones so that on the final evening after the 2 doses of Epsom salts, 2 hours apart, the resultant purging of my bowel coupled with the dilating effect of the Epsom salts on the ducts of the gallbladder and liver, set the scene for the 'main number' at the specific time of 10 o'clock at night.
Olive oil shaken up with grapefruit juice is what then gives the reason for the liver and gallbladder to suddenly disgorge the stones pain free and with much ease. Bile is needed to deal with this big surprise to the stomach.
While I slept it all started to move out of my body through the small and large intestines and in the morning, early, and with each of the many trips to the bathroom, stones, soft and putty-like, were expelled. Andreas Moritz tells us to count them, says it's an important thing to do, but there were hundreds and hundreds large and small so I gave up. Some were hard calcified gallstones, easily recognisable by the good photos and descriptions in the book. Here was a liver cleanse that can be evaluated, quantified.
After the rigours of this amazing "operation" that didn't require scalpels and anesthesia, I rested a day or two. I ate my usual diet of meat and vegetables, but was conscious of not overloading my digestion too much.
My medical doctor said he would be concerned that a stone could lodge in the pancreatic duct that is just below the gallbladder and livers ducts, and so causing pancreatitis.
Andreas Moritz scarcely mentioned the risk.
Each person must obviously weigh it up for themselves if they are wanting to do this flush. I did get a pain in the bottom of my right shoulder area after the first flush. When I contacted Tyla, she indicated that I probably had a stone stuck in the area and that a another flush would get it out. And so I did, and the stone was flushed out and the shoulder pain relieved.
This liver gallbladder flush is not a thing that I would spend much time encouraging anyone to do, rather more important is the natural recognition that it is ' right' for that person. We know inherently when it's good for us, otherwise a person is better left free to do it in their own time.
My first real and lasting benefit from my first flush, (I've done eight over the last year, at the time of writing this article) was that my joints felt freer and the muscle stiffness that I'd experienced when getting up after sitting for a while, was gone. I'm walking so much more easily, the gallstone attacks have mostly gone, and those I suffer are no problem and short episodes.
I'm fit and strong; my life has changed. With each new flush I expel fewer stones, though not in the hundreds, still dozens large and small, so I will continue every month to do the 6 day regime of the flush until one day I will see that my liver has been cleared out. Then it will be a 6 monthly task to flush to maintain the clear liver, and the MUCH improved health that I now enjoy.
