We are on high alert this week in preparation for the severe weather. Although most of the landscapes we maintain have irrigation, severe weather like this pushes most systems to their limit. In addition, any small problem quickly manifests to a crisis at 100 degrees. We will be working diligently all week and through the weekend to minimize the problems created by this abnormal weather.

 

PREPARE FOR HIGH WATER BILLS

Another issue to consider is that our irrigation need to date is 30% greater than last year. Your water bills will be larger than normal in the early part of the summer. We work hard to conserve water but maintaining healthy plants and green grass is always our first priority.  

 

This past year has been quite warm as can be seen by the graph below. What will the balance of summer bring? Time will tell.
