We thank you for showing interest in diversity efforts and events in the Northern Colorado area. As Heart and Sol of Loveland our group is made up of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and allies who look to promote ethnic and cultural diversity in the Loveland community, with partnerships throughout Northern Colorado. We look to inspire conversations and influence local change by engaging with individuals, organizations and community resources. Our goal is to support, celebrate, and embrace cultural richness for our community.

Love is in the air!
Love is in the air (or along the street) in Loveland! We love seeing all the love as we drive through town and this year Heart and Sol has a heart! Have you spotted our Sweetheart City Valentine heart? If you have, message us privately before the end of the month via email or on social media to let us know where it is and your name will go into a drawing for a H&S shirt!

Help Inform Larimer County Housing and Community Development Policy
An important study designed to provide a clearer picture of the housing challenges in Larimer County is now open for participation by all Larimer County residents!
Housing for some Larimer County residents has become more challenging in recent years and the study will provide valuable information to prioritize and help form housing policy solutions.
The study will be open from February 2 until February 28, 2021 and is open to ALL community members.

Help inform housing and community development policy by taking less than 10 minutes to:
  • Watch a short video about this project and how your contribution matters
  • Share thoughts about your neighborhood
  • Complete three short activities to help prioritize housing solutions

Visit www.larimer.housingimpactlab.com to participate!

Reducing the challenges faced by Larimer County residents around affordable housing is a part of Goal Two, Objective Four of the 2019 – 2023 Larimer County Strategic Plan. Learn more here:
Covid-19 Information
More and more information is becoming available that points to lack of information as one of the many reasons that the BIPOC community is wary of getting the Covid-19 vaccine. Help us share this information with anyone who is interested in setting up an appointment or learning more.
Every Tuesday the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment hosts Covid-19 Q&A sessions in Spanish. "Charlas" can be accessed on Zoom from 5:30-6:30pm as another way to keep our local BIPOC community informed.

There is also a Spanish information site and Information Center that provides different ways for Spanish speaking residents to get answers to their Covid-19 related questions.

Please spread the word!
