Your Health Our Future

Action Plan Progress

A key factor in the coalition's success is actively involving the community. By listening to residents' perspectives and understanding the obstacles to healthy living, we can work together to make positive changes. The Town of Kingstown is set to kick off Healthy Together Cleveland's community engagement initiative, starting with hosting discussions and focus groups. We are excited to collaborate with Kingstown residents in a more impactful manner. The first phase involves appointing 3-5 residents to the steering committee, leading up to the formation of a dedicated Kingstown Community Engagement Committee. While the Town of Kingstown remains a key focus for the coalition, numerous initiatives outlined in the action plans are actively progressing and impacting various communities across Cleveland County. Information on action plan progress is featured below.

An integral part of our work is evaluating our accomplishments and communicating our story. Our community partners are now beginning to collect data on action items. This information will be used to create a scorecard for tracking progress and will be accessible on the coalition's website later this year.

Thank you for your contributions, unwavering dedication, and shared passion for enhancing the health and wellness of Cleveland County, one community at a time!
