Today Officially Kicks Off The First Ever, Special Olympics Ontario Virtual School Championships!
Please watch the message below from Games Manager, Staff Sergeant, Jody Armstrong, Kingston Police.
For the next two weeks, student-athletes ages 13-21 across Canada are welcome to compete virtually on behalf of their school!

How it works:
  • Visit schoolchamps.ca
  • Choose your fun challenges! There are challenges in each of the five (5) School Championships sports (athletics, basketball, bocce, floor hockey, soccer & a bonus event for this year only)
  • Train! student-athletes can train and submit scores on the School Championships website for as many challenges as you'd like, but you can only submit one score per challenge. Submissions are due June 12th by 5 PM EDT.
  • Celebrate! Join us June 16, 17, 18 online for three (3) great days of celebration, activities and of course the athlete victory dance!

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY WITH SOBEYS IS BACK FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE WITH A NEW TIME!
We are so excited to announce that Wellness Wednesdays with Sobeys are back for the month of June! Now at 12 PM EDT!

Will you join Sobeys Dietian Rebecca King this Wednesday, June 3 to make some Vegetable Quiche Cups?
Here's what you need to cook along with her: 9 large eggs, 1/3 cup of milk, 1 1/2 tsp of thyme, salt, pepper, any leftover grilled/roasted vegetables
(such as chopped eggplant, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, squash, broccoli, cauliflower), 1/2 cup goat or feta cheese (crumbled), 1/3 cup pesto or salsa (optional).
