Happy Family Day! The Special Olympics Ontario community has become a family to thousands of athletes, coaches and volunteers. Although we miss seeing our Special Olympics family in-person, we look forward to the days that we can return together to play the sports we love and celebrate!

Social Media Training
This course goes over the different forms of social media and how to use these platforms to stay connected and spread important messages. 

Workshops will take place on Zoom. You will need a computer, tablet or phone with internet connection to participate.

Live Yoga Session With Morgan
This yoga session will be on Zoom. It is a beginner class and is great for all abilities. Clear some space, bring some water and be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Social Club With Rochelle and Chantel
Join Chantel and Rochelle for Special Olympics Ontario's weekly social club! This week's topic is: Social Justice and Being Kind.

Cop Talk Has Launched!
An opportunity for Special Olympics athletes to connect with members of the Law Enforcement Torch Run! You must register for this event as there are only 100 spots available. Registration ends on Friday morning at 8 AM EST.

Virtual Polar Plunge - Goal Crushing!
We are half way through the Virtual Polar Plunge and already have reached the goal of $100,000 in support of Special Olympics Ontario! With two weeks left to go - the goal is being crushed and so many great prizes/incentives to be received!
