Shaun Alfreds, Executive Director & CEO

HealthInfoNet has had a very busy first quarter and are excited about some new organization changes.

Nona Boyink has returned to our Board of Directors serving as our Chair for this year. Nona previously served on the Board from 2006-2014 and served as Chair, Secretary and At-Large Officer and brings a wealth of knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Maine. Those who aren't familiar with Nona's experience can read more here.

HIN also welcomes Allison McBrierty as CFO - a new role at HealthInfoNet. We are excited to have her leading our finance team and developing our new financial model.

Lastly, we have begun our Strategic Planning process for 2018-2021. This planning effort will include Staff and Board retreats to develop a dynamic strategic plan that will focus and align efforts, inform optimal structures and processes, and provide a framework for high performance across the organization.

We aim to have our new plan developed by the Fall for a 2018 implementation and will keep you updated on our process.
