Healing Breath & Immunity

The "Healing Breath and Immunity" course brings you techniques for improving breathing and immunity that will increase your resistance to infection and improve your mental and physical energy. Learn ancient energy-building techniques called pranayama to protect you from external and internal stressors. Discover how to improve oxygenation & slow your heart rate. Each class will leave you with uplifted energy, mood, and attitude!
