WCA STUDENT IS A NATIONALS FINALIST

IN ACSI'S MATH OLYMPICS COMPETITION



WCA is very proud to announce that Elizabeth Potter, 7th grade,

received high honors in ACSI's Math Olympics

finishing 2nd place in the Nationals competition!


Only the top 4% of competitors made it to the National level,

and of that top 4%, Elizabeth finished 2nd overall nationwide! 


Congratulations, Elizabeth!

END-OF-YEAR INFORMATION FOR PARENTS


OUTSTANDING BALANCES: All outstanding balances for tuition, incidental expenses, lunch, etc., need to be paid in full before May 22. 

Per the WCA Family Handbook, page 5, unpaid debts may lead to the withholding of academic records.


STUDENT MEDICATIONS: Remaining medications for students that are kept at the front office must be picked up by a parent by May 22 or it will be discarded. We cannot send medicine home in student backpacks.


LIBRARY BOOKS: All library books are due May 17. Academic records may be withheld until library books are returned or $5 is paid for each missing book.


AFTERSCHOOL KEY CARDS: Afterschool Parents - Please return ALL key cards to the afterschool staff beginning the week of 5/13.

Through the donations received on NUTS Days, WCA raised $953.55 for the Home of the Good Shepherd-Kenya during this school year. That's wonderful!

WCA FIELD 2024 - FRIDAY MAY 17


Parents are invited to join their students during their lunch break (11:45-12:30) and stay for the remaining games.


DETAILS FOR STUDENTS

-ALL students wear their Field Day t-shirts

-Wear comfortable shorts that conform to school guidelines

-Wear sneakers or athletic shoes - not open toed shoes or sandals

-Apply sunscreen at home

-Ball caps and bucket hats are allowed 

-Make sure your student has a water bottle

-Bring a beach towel
