Recipe of The Month: April
How about one from our Service Manager, Jim Webster? Jim's wife makes this recipe in the spring because it is so quick and easy! Its a new and innovative way to grill your pork chops! Yummy!!

Sweet and Spicy Grilled Pork Chops Skewers
 
INGREDIENTS: 
4-6 bone in pork chops 
1 can of pineapple rings with juice 
1 cup brown sugar 
1/2 cup of soy sauce 
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes (omit if you prefer non spicy) 
1 Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Zuchini
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then pour over pork chops and cover in a dish for 2-4 hours.
Cut into bite size pieces. Cube vegtables into same size pieces. Layer onto your grill skewer. see image for examples.
Grill at medium low heat for 30-35 mins!
