Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, Yeshua the Messiah, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
The first abomination to the Lord, Proverb s 6:17, is "a proud, haughty look." This is also set forth in Psalm 101:5b: " The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart, him I will not endure."
Again in Isaiah 2:11 (ESV): " The haughty looks of man shall be brought low, and the lofty pride of men shall be humbled, and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day."
And we know what happened to Herod. Having given food to the people of Tyre and Sidon, Herod arrived on a set day, sat on his throne, gave them an oration," And the people keep shouting, 'The voice of a god and not of a man!' Then immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died." (Acts 12:20-24).
God is not mocked. (Galatians 6:7). So please join me in praying that this "official video" portraying President Trump as "the chosen one" is removed, and instead, personal and national repentance follows.

In direct contrast, the Word of God points the direction for you and me, each one of us: " By humility and fear of the LORD are riches and honor and life." (Proverbs 22:4).
Today's "Counting of the Omer #49 is right on point. As the Lord leads, please join me in the Repentance Prayer found at the conclusion of that timely #49 writing:
" Heavenly Father: For far too long we have not held a correct and reverent attitude about Your Holiness. Your Holy Word tells us that Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom! Yet, instead, we have thought of You and acted as if You are doing our bidding when we should humbly be in Your service. It is an HONOR to be called to do the work of the Most High God. Help us to serve accordingly with all honesty, integrity, and passion as followers of our Perfect Role Model, Yeshua. Let us not have grandiose thoughts about ourselves, but like Christ, humble ourselves and then wait for God to lift us up. In following Christ's perfect ways, we make ourselves of no reputation and we triumph over Satan's three temptations of fans, fame, and earthly fortune. We pray for more laborers into Your Kingdom as there is much work to do and the Harvest is ripe. May we work towards the ultimate reward, to bow down at Your feet and hear: 'Well done, thou good and faithful servant.' We pray this prayer in the Name above all names, our Great God and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the ONLY Name under Heaven and in Earth by which mankind may be saved. Amen."
