• Feb 19-23 - Feb Vacation Week

Get to know the PTO! The Hatherly PTO is a volunteer organization made up of our Principal, Kristine Sheahan, parents, teachers, administrators and support staff who are all dedicated to enhancing the education of our children. The purpose of the PTO is to support the efforts of the Hatherly teachers and staff to enrich the school experience for our entire community. 

Fundraising organized by the PTO funds the following to improve the Hatherly School experience for the whole community:

Parents Night Out is Coming!! This is more than a fun night out for adults--The Fun Run and Parents Night Out are the two major fundraising events for Hatherly each year to support all the important enhancements listed above. Our goal is to raise 14K through Parents Night Out this year to account for the rising costs of....everything. We look forward to a fun night and seeing you there. Ticket sales to be announced soon!

You're Invited!

The Friends of the New Cushing and Hatherly School are hosting an event at the Collective Co. for the new school on Jan 29th from 6:30-8:30 pm, and we’d love to see you there! 

Come hang out with other Scituate parents (we’ll have wine and snacks!) and brainstorm how we’ll get Scituate to vote YES for the new school.

This document is a family resource prepared by Hatherly Elementary School PTO, Inc. volunteers. It is intended to promote communication within the Hatherly School community.  If you need your directory information updated, please email HatherlyPTO@gmail.com and our volunteers will update your information for directory purposes only. 

Reminder to send in snow gear with your kiddos on these cold days as they go outside if the “feels like” temperature is 25 degrees or above!

CORI Checks

Please be aware that all visitors to the building (PTO, guest readers, volunteers, etc) and chaperones for field trips must have an active CORI form on file. Please print out the CORI FORM and send it to school with a copy of your driver’s license.
