Ronnie Dunetz, PhD, CSL was raised in the US and in his early life, Ronnie lived in Japan and Taiwan where he studied Eastern spiritual traditions. For the last 30 years, he has lived in Israel.
At age 64, Ronnie received his Doctorate of Philosophy in Wisdom Studies with his dissertation on Reflections of children of Holocaust survivors in their second half of life on their life experience. For Ronnie it was the culmination of years of exploration in his life, informed by the story of his father, Mordechai Dunetz, a Holocaust survivor. Ronnie has been a senior-level life and career coach, workshop facilitator, and trained storyteller for over 20 years.
Recently Ronnie has been trained in "logotherapy," (meaning-based therapy), developed by Dr. Viktor Frankl, psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor, and author of Man's Search for Meaning. Ronnie remembers what his father taught: "Life is precious, we must do the best with it."
