NAHB’s Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards highlight creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design, and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace. Two Other HDG Projects Were Pillars Finalists

Of the 14 NAHB Pillars Multifamily Awards categories for 2023, HDG was also named finalist in these other categories:
• Best Interior Merchandising of a Common Area - Easton at Carlyle Crossing - in partnership with Stonebridge Associates, Met Life, Cooper Carry, L and D Design, Bozzuto Management, Balfour Beatty Construction Company.
• Best Mid-Rise Apartment Community (Six-Nine Stories) - Modera Clarendon - in collaboration with Mill Creek Residential Trust, LaBella Associates Architects and Studio39 Landscape Architects.

Easton: In addition to earning recognition as part of the Carlyle Crossing Pillars awards, Easton was named a finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Common Area. What sets Easton apart is it's indulgent gourmet coffee and wine bar feature in the lobby across from the Concierge desk. Using custom millwork to frame the display of wines and coffee beans, this elevates the multifamily living experience into a high level of hospitality service. This feature borrows from the grand lobbies of finer boutique hotels and cruise ships, serving as centerpiece for social events and gatherings anchoring nearby transitional spaces that are flexible and chameleonlike. Their functions change depending on each event, such as wine tastings and book club gatherings.

|
Modera Clarendon: This is an amenity-rich community, with a focus on health, pets, social engagement, and physical activity. The fitness center, bike room, bike maintenance shop, coworking, and a fully appointed pet spa are located along the front of the building where those passing by can enjoy the activity within. Allowing vistas to the outdoors from every point, the clubroom, sports bar, and work pods connect to the courtyard with floor-to-ceiling windows. A self-serve market and lending library provide residents with every convenience. Finally, this Arlington multifamily is filled with a bespoke collection of whimsical lighting, murals, furnishings, and custom art pieces. Modera Clarendon settles naturally into this artsy, urban neighborhood.
