News From the Cellar and Vineyard

Harvest is Complete!

Harvest has come to a close, so now the crew is "babysitting" the wines as they go through fermentation. The next step will be moving the wines into a new vessel for aging (oak, stainless steel, etc.). They have also been busy cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning!

The vines are looking extra skinny now that they leaves are falling off! Pruning will begin in the winter after nightly temperatures are consistently below freezing!
