Yoga with Dani

Join us for Yoga with Dani where we will practice and learn breathing techniques, mindfulness, and a combination of yoga poses and basic stretches to promote flexibility and strength throughout the body.

Body Flow

Join us for this class and take a moment to breathe, meditate and stretch. This mindfulness/wellness class is a combination of movement, stretching and meditation.
Book Club

Join us as we read a story to the group and afterwards have a discussion.

Work up a sweat and stay in shape at home! We will do cardio and weight exercises. Be sure you have weights handy! Dumbbells, water jugs, soup cans…. You need 2 items that are similar in weight.
