Vinyasa, (slow flow) for all levels, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra (also known as Divine Sleep®), guided meditation, and mindfulness will be the cornerstone for this restorative and energizing weekend. After a morning yoga or afternoon hike, rejuvenate your mind and body further in Capon’s healing spring water at the Hygeia Bath House and Spa!
The Hygeia Bath House and Spa is a full service spa that offers massages, facials, reflexology and more. The hidden gem of Capon and the Hygeia bath house are the mineral soaking tubs. Capon water flows directly from a fresh mountain spring, which for hundreds of years has been touted for its healing powers.**
