Whether you prefer private training, small group training, or classes, I offer it all. If you are new to fitness or you are an athlete wanting to work on specific skills, I am here for you. The Sweatshop is where you can be yourself and feel safe, accountable, and strong.

*There is a 5-person minimum to hold a class, SIGN UP EARLY.
Classes will be canceled if we do not have enough participants.
Monday 6:30-7 am ~ Cardio Cuts & Core.
Monday 9-9:30 am ~ Fit Club
Tuesday 9-9:30 am ~ Get Jacked
Wednesday 6:30-7 am~ Get Jacked
Wednesday 9-9:30 am ~ Fit Club

Class Description:
Cardio, Cuts & Core: Intervals of muscle, metabolic work, and core.
Fit Club: Muscle conditioning, cardio work, metabolic conditioning, and core.
Get Jacked: Straight muscle conditioning with abdominals
Quick Fire: cardiovascular and Metabolic work with abdominals
