Evans Roofing is looking for experienced and qualified sales persons and estimator to add to our growing business. As we take on more projects, we are finding the need for additional work force.

• Roof Repairs Sales Representative
As a roofing salesperson your primary responsibilities will include responding to company provided leads, proactively identifying new and potential customers, roof evaluations, preparing and submitting accurate & professional bid proposals on roofing repairs.

• Estimator
As a roofing Estimator your primary responsibilities will include gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

2014 Evans Roofing Review

The beginning of the year is a time for analyzing the numbers of the previous year and prepare for the upcoming year. Evans Roofing 2014 numbers showed an increase in customers of 6%. The sales for Evans Roofing increased 22% due to the quality of our work and of course our awarding referral program.

• Unemployment Rate in the United States decreased to 5.60 percent in December of 2014 from 5.80 percent in November of 2014.

• The national median existing-home price was $208,500, the highest since 2007 ($219,000) and a 5.8 percent increase from 2013 ($197,100).

• Florida added the most construction jobs of any state (41,900 jobs, 11.2 perfect) between September 2013 and September 2014. Beating California at (38,300 jobs, 6 percent) and Texas at (11,700 jobs, 6.1 percent).

• Economic growth looks to improve to 3.3% this year -- from 2.3% in 2014 -- and will continue to expand next year.

The Sunshine State's population grew by 293,000 to reach 19.9 million between July 1, 2013, and July 1, 2014, according to the Census report. New York's population increased by 51,000 to 19.7 million.
