Greetings from Sunbeams Yoga!
A note from the Owner/Director...

As we head into 2019, we are quickly approaching two years since the opening of Sunbeams Yoga. Over these months, together we have built a community . I am grateful to those of you who have been practicing with me since early 2017, and I appreciate those of you who have recently joined us. I hope you all know how important your presence is to me personally, to the entire Sunbeams Yoga staff, and to each other.

If you practiced with me in the old space and haven’t yet visited our new studio, I invite you to join me for a class in the new space, on me. Just send me a note to let me know you are coming, and your first class back is free.

If you have multi-class passes you purchased over a year ago that have expired, let me know -- I am happy to extend the expiration date and reactivate your passes so you can join us .

In January, we are having our first-ever increase on some class pricing options; we are also adding another weekly Pay-What-You-Can class and more frequent donation-based or sliding-scale offerings. It has been a challenge to find a balance between meeting expenses vs making yoga financially accessible to all, and I’m still working on finding that balance.

The two best ways you can help us grow and maintain our community are: 1. Come to class!, and 2. Tell your friends about us! Grab some business cards or schedule flyers, like/share our social media posts, or give us a review on Facebook, Google, or in the Mindbody app.

I welcome you to contact me with questions, concerns, and feedback. I appreciate you and hope you have a very Happy New Year!

With gratitude,
