Start the star spangled season with an update worth celebrating

Summer time is a great season to consider home improvement projects. Not only do these improve your home's appearance, but some can add value as well. Here are a few ways to add more for less:

Landscaping. Curb appeal is your home's first impression. Keeping your garden simple not only puts emphasis on your house, but it's easier to maintain as well.
New windows. Replacing your older windows can improve insulation, meaning less allergens in your home and a lower energy bill.
Kitchen and bathroom remodel. Reduce costs here by choosing a few outdated pieces to replace, including light fixtures, wall coverings, and cabinet colors.
Painting. A fresh coat of interior or exterior paint, if done right, can net over 100% return on your investment.

As business owner and dog lover, Ron Silverman offers a few tips to keep your fur friends safe on 4th of July. He suggests to take them outside during the day to get plenty of exercise. Before the fireworks kick off, create a quiet, safe space for your dog indoors. If your pooch suffers severe anxiety, try a supplement or a thundershirt. Do not leave them outdoors as they tend to run away in fear.

Hats off to our crews

As we celebrate our nation's independence this month, we want to acknowledge our crews at Presto Painting for their dedication and craftsmanship on each project. These guys take pride in their work- in every paint job, no matter how big, and touch up, no matter how small, and our clients are always pleased with the results.

One of our current projects is repainting the interior and exterior of the Learning Experience in Riverview. This includes all walls, doors and trim, and every room on the inside has different accent colors on the walls and doors. Doesn't this look like a fun place to be? Antonio and his brother, who have been with us for several years, are part of the team that gets to paint this interior.
