Surfside & Murrells Inlet

According to data made available by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS, the average Surfside Beach single-family home sales price was up 53.6 percent at $659,579, and the average townhouse/condo sales price was up 17.2 percent at $187,943.

The average Murrells Inlet single-family home sales price was up 19.8 percent at $521,819, and the average townhouse/condo sales price was also up 8.1 percent at $246,704.

All statistics are compiled from sales during the month of November 2022 compared to the same month the previous year.
