Shira works to help you connect with your own body, building your mind, body and spirit connection.

  Her class will challenge you, leaving you feeling aligned and empowered.

New Class: Glutes on Fire


This Reformer Pilates class taught by Shira will be focused on strengthening the glutes and abdominals. Using the principles of Pilates with exercises such as squats and clamshell sequences, combined with various abdominal work, you will be sure to feel the burn!


An important new class offered by Doria Rosa:


Balance, Strength & Stability


Safely strengthen weak back muscles & stretch tight muscles with corrective Pilates movements.


Build stronger muscles for better balance using weight bearing exercises working against gravity.


Learn how proper breath work can help connect to important core muscles not being used.


Mondays at 11am beginning January 8th.
