New Products Coming Soon!

As you may know, we have planted lavender and have been looking for creative ways to use it. Our new Lavender still came all the way from Portugal! We will be using the still to create lavender essential oil as well as lavender hydrosol. We are so excited to create and share these new products with you! Stay up to date by following us on social media!

Wine Club News

Pick Up Party Coming Up!

Our pick up party for wine club members will be held on April 14th and April 15th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. During this time you will get a complimentary glass of wine for you and a guest, light hors d'oeuvres, and you can meet the cellar crew - including our new winemaker Chaz. When you are finished you will be able to pick out your spring wine club bottles.

Ship-to Members

Wine Club bottle choice closed on March 31st. Next week we will be busy getting together your packages to be sent out, just in time for Easter! Be sure someone is home that is over 21 to sign for your package. If we need to hold it until a certain date please let us know ASAP. Thank you so much for your order and we hope that you enjoy your wine!

News From the Cellar & Vineyard

Bottling and More Bottling

This past month we have been busy with bottling. Last month we bottled Chardonnay, Adore, Frontenac Blanc, Petoskey White and Whitecap, along with a few other wines for some of our commercial custom crush clients.

We have also been doing bench trials of wines. This is when we taste and smell wines and make final adjustments before bottling.

Vineyard Report

It's starting to warm up out there! Our pruning pace is ramping up and we can almost feel the vines coming back to life.
