Some of the contestants for 2022 election have requested for the contact phone numbers and email addresses of members/voters.
To avoid the misuse of Personally Identifiable Information for marketing purposes and to protect from competitors, President Chand Akkineni proposes the following :
All the contestants will share their profiles with the Nomination Committee. Nomination committee will compile/organize them by position and send them to all members through newsletter three times before 12/5. This will ensure protecting the privacy of members while giving canvassing opportunity to all contestants in a fair manner.

Resolution: A current membership list with all contact details (name, mailing address, email address, telephone numbers) shall be given to members in good standing upon his/her request for a stated purpose of use as per Georgia Statute 14-3-1602.

Board members have agreed to release even the contact information of SM donors. We shared the names of all members on our website without phone/email information.
