The Board of Directors of Banner Metals Group has elected Mr. C. Bronson Jones as the company's fourth Chairman, President and CEO. Mr. Jones released the following statement regarding his new appointment:

I am honored and committed to this challenging opportunity.  During my 20 years at Banner, I have received invaluable experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager, and General Manager.  These positions have allowed me to be fully exposed to all the operations of the Company while also allowing me to establish relationships with our valued customers.
