EXTRA SHIFT BONUS

Back in June, JNESO and HUMC negotiated to extend the

Extra Shift Bonus Agreement to the Emergency Department, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Behavioral Health and Critical Care Services.

Recently, we have been informed that the rate agreed to has been reduced without further negotiation. JNESO stewards are collecting information to evaluate a grievance.

Did you sign up for an extra shift bonus under the $65 rate and your pay was reduced to $50 before completing either the six (6), eight (8), or twelve (12) week commitment?

If so please email your Labor Rep Aisha Harrison with the supporting documentation. 

YOU MUST HAVE SIGNED-UP BY THE AUGUST 26th, 2023 DEADLINE TO RECEIVE THE $65 EXTRA SHIFT BONUS.
