HUMC announced the 2024 FSA/Commuter accounts are now active. Information was sent to your personal email for the Flores Participant ID (PID notice) Notification with instructions on how to access your accounts. Emails were sent from customerservice@flores247.com and may filter to your junk/spam folders.
Debit cards were mailed to your home, you should receive soon. You will also be able to submit a claim for any out of pocket payments made during this transition.
The PID notice will provide you with your 9-digit assigned Participant ID, which will be your personal login to Flores247.com to manage your account. If you do not have a personal email address on file with HUMC, your PID notice will be mailed within 1-3 business days.
