WAGE INCREASES & RETENTION BONUSES PER YOUR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

WAGE INCREASE: Effective the first day of the first pay period beginning on or after October 1, 2023, your Collective Bargaining Agreement stipulates you shall receive a three percent (3%) across-the-board wage increase for all full-time, part-time, and per diem employees employed on that date. The increase will be applied to the employees’ base rates.


RETENTION BONUS: During the first complete pay period in October 2023, your Collective Bargaining Agreement stipulates all full-time RNs receive a Retention Bonus in the amount of $624.00. The bonus shall be prorated for part-time employees. Per diem, employees are not eligible for the bonus. Any full-time or part-time employee who worked per diem during the preceding twelve months will receive a prorated bonus based on the percentage of the preceding twelve months he/she worked full-time or part-time.
