"The power of prayer has never been tried to its full capacity in any church. If we want to see mighty wonders of divine grace and power wrought in the place of weakness, failure and disappointment, let the whole Church answer God's standing challenged; "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knows not (Jeremiah 33:3)."

Saturday, October 17 - Grace Community Church Smithville, MO - HSE Ministries Fundraiser Dinner, Music & Evangelism Vision Presentation.
|
"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--
(Ephesians 6:18)!"
Prayer Points:
1) 2106 Concert Tour: Please pray for upcoming meetings with church leaders here in Colorado having opportunities to discuss booking spring 2016 Dry Bones concerts at various churches here in Colorado to help share with the body of Christ how God is using HSE Ministries through both evangelism and restoration programs to rebuild precious lives for eternity, one soul at a time!
2) Recover Ranch Colorado: Remember; HSE Ministries was recently contacted by and then met with a gentleman in regard to an opportunity he may have to open a recovery ranch near Divide, CO. He met with two HSE board members in regard to possibly beginning another ministry relationship with HSE Ministries or possibly another sponsor organization to come along side RRC. His name is Harry, a dear friend that already has a great relationship with HSE through Victory to Freedom Ranch. Pray for divine guidance and wisdom for Harry and his advisory board, moreover, for God's will to be done!
3) October 17 Fundraiser: Again; please pray for this Saturday's, October 17 fundraiser dinner at Grace Community Church located at 1520 Co Rd Dd, Smithville, MO 64089; all are welcome and invited. Please include a giant thank you to God for Jennifer Wall for her faithful service to both HSE and Nehemiah Fest, and for these event hosts: Jim Massing, David Lin, Nehemiah Fest, and Bikers for Christ, a phenomenal motorcycle ministry that has been such a ridiculously great ministerial partner, as has all the above participants.
"Thank You Lord for these precious individuals and organizations hosting this event, and for all the amazing years of steadfast, immovable friendship and partnership in getting the gospel out to a severely lost and broken world." "In Jesus Christ's wonderful name we pray--- Amen!"
4) 2016 Celebration Life Festival - Missouri:
Pray for God to add to the increasing momentum in building a tremendous ministry alliance for doing a 2016 Celebration Life Festival at Liberty, Missouri. Pray for God's volunteer provisions and financial support to cover the costs and labor involved with this outreach, and for hundreds of lost souls to be transformed and renewed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
Pray for a strong ground campaign as we recruit volunteers to go door to door throughout the city streets, highways, hedges and neighborhoods (Luke 14:23) sending youth groups into the local shopping centers where kids hang out, and courageous adults to cover the rest in doing our due diligence to insure a great harvest of souls for God's glory.
Pray for great training to be done in Missouri as we mobilize the local Christian community for follow up and church leaders who will call on their individual bodies to embrace and disciple new believers following the conclusion of event.
5) Victory to Freedom Ranch: Please continue to pray for Sets Captives Free Ministry/Victory to Freedom Ranch and for Karen Hulbert, Director of SCF Ministry. As we mentioned in the last report, Karen has been in discussion with members from Youth for Christ in regard to them using the ranch as a possible means of ministering hope and healing to their troubles kids. Karen also asks for prayer for new Women and/or Teen girls to sign up for the Bible Study and horse therapy!
At this point Karen is still waiting on YFC's decision about what, if any, plans they may have for using Victory to Freedom Ranch as an awesome new Biblical based program for their troubled young kids. Please pray for the vision to clear and for God's will to be done!
Karen is known for her ministry to women coming out of prison, or women with sever emotional problems which is still a focal point of her ministry. But God has been stirring her heart and broadening her vision to expand the ranch ministry itinerary to new programs, hopefully, maybe offering equine therapy and Bible programs to men should God raise up the right male leader to work with men!
Please continue to pray for this precious servant of the Lord and I tell you; if there was ever a person whose faith was deserving of having a movie made of their life, it has to be Karen Hulbert, proving when she opened the ranch over three years ago when nearly everyone thought is was impossible; "Nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37)!" Wow, she has been a tremendous light of hope to many troubled women! "Thanks You Lord for this wonderful soul!"
6) HSE Evangelism Training: Continue pray for the HSE training ministry as we seek direction, leaders, and God's timing to start a Friday Night Fellowship/Evangelistic Training class in the Spees building at the 3200 block of N. Academy here in Colorado Springs.
7) Pearl Bookstore & Apparel: Please pray for the ongoing development of Pearl Bookstore & Apparel, an HSE eCommerce support store. Kirk Davis and myself will be doing updated training to finish the project starting in October. Pray for the project to be completed and launched by January, 2016!
8) Prayer Warriors: And finally; please continue to pray for God to expand this prayer ministry with dedicated prayer intercessors who seek to build up the kingdom of God and intercede on behalf of the laborers as was His plan from the beginning.
"If you find your life of prayer to be always so short, and so easy, and so spiritual, as to be without cost and strain and sweat to you, you may depend upon it, you have not yet begun to pray.
~ Alexander Whyte
Praise Reports:
The Dry Bones Praise Ban: Earlier this month (October 2015) the Colorado Springs based Dry Bones Band were added to the list of HSE outreach works as an official non-profit music outreach allowing them to expand their sphere of influence anywhere in the world. I encourage you to visit their information page at www.hissongevangelism.org and prayerfully consider becoming a Dry Bones financial partner or contacting them direct and join the Dry Bones fan club and become a "Bonehead" by purchasing one of their awesome bonehead T-Shirts.
Victory to Freedom Ranch: God has every day covered with tremendous volunteers to serve here at Victory to Freedom Ranch. I have one woman with 35yrs experience with horses which helped with Frosty's cut leg which is now healed because of her years of knowing how to doctor horse injuries. I have another woman with 10 years experience with horses that comes and helps with the horses, clean pens, and works around the ranch. Another lady, Paige stays here at the ranch in her 5th wheel trailer and is a also great help here at the ranch. Pray that we can get her trailer winterized soon before the snow flies. I have another woman that is a therapist and is interested in coming along side of the ministry to offer her services in mending up broken lives for God's glory. God is doing a new thing with His Ministry and the Ranch! So continue to pray for the right team to serve and for God to be glorified! Praise God!!!
----Karen Hulbert

"Then the master said to the servant,
"Go out into the highways and hedges, (invite the outcast, the despised, the rejected and emotionally distraught, the poor, maimed, cripples blind and broken) and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled!"
