We took a moment to visit with Lynette about HRA. Here is what she had to say...
How did HR Advantage get started? HR Advantage was founded on the principals of providing support to business owners and their workforce. Ideally supplying the fundamental tools in meeting their business objectives by partnering with them to assist in the development or enhancement of their Human Resource infrastructure. Our primary role is to assist our clients in identifying their specific needs and develop an action plan with timelines to facilitate change, in order to increase the success of their organization.
The main objective of HR Advantage is to deliver “quality hands-on service” with a personable touch to clients that meet the needs of their business and profitability objectives. In addition, to providing guidance on employment law compliance, treating employees fairly and consistently, and following best practice in employee relations.
What do you love most about owning a business? Owning your own business can be incredibly rewarding, simply due to the independence, autonomy, and less red tape in making swift decisions while following my passion and purpose. It’s been incredibly rewarding to have a meaningful impact on the clients, employees, and community.
What makes HR Advantage /the team unique? We are the only stand alone HR Consulting firm in the area that provides diverse services from HR Consulting, Projects, Training, and Recruitment. Each of our employees has a background in Human Resources whether it be from HR Director, Recruitment & Placement Services, Learning & Development to Administrative Support. Each member of our team has a passion for helping others.
