On March 11th, President Biden signed the ARPA. Like the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), the ARPA extends the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and corresponding tax credits. The ARPA's extension is effective April 1st through September 30th. The extension continues to be voluntary.
