Start off your work week feeling calm and collected by tuning into virtual Mindful Mondays sessions, taking place every first and third Monday of the month.

In compact, 30-minute lunchtime sessions, Mindful Mondays offer a space for cultivating presence, awareness and resilience in the face of life's challenges. The program also includes a guided meditation and a Q&A.

While virtually meditating with others, these sessions aim to build a sense of community while providing you with helpful takeaways that you can apply to both work and personal life.

Experienced and first-time meditators are welcomed, no reservation is required. We hope to see you there!
