As we step into summer in Los Angeles, June is filled with new summer movies, live concerts, fun activities, and Father's Day! As we all get busy this summer, let's take a moment to connect with the Lord through prayer, seeking His wisdom, and hearing His voice. Let's not let the summer fly by without deepening our spiritual lives. The Bible reminds us: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31. As we pray for our wonderful and unique mission field, let's lift up the people impacting our world, especially all of the dad's in our creative community, and give God the glory! And Happy Father's Day to all of our HPN dads! Let's PRAY...

Keep Praying for Duy Beck
Thank you for your prayers for HPN member, friend , actor and stunt man, Duy Beck, after his horrible car accident last month. The good news is that Duy is slowly recovering. The bad news is that he had no medical insurance, so to support an HPN member, we asked to include HPN in his "Support Duy" fund. So, if the Lord nudges you to help towards Duy's hospital and surgery bills, you can click below. But in the meantime, let's all pray that Duy experiences miracles, purpose and healing during this difficult time.

Season 4 of The Chosen
The dispute between The Chosen LLC and Angel Studios has been resolved, after months of arbitration, allowing Season 4 of The Chosen to air on the new Chosen App. Angel Studios is no longer involved in the distribution of The Chosen and so The Chosen producers are now free to move forward with the next three seasons! Be sure to check out Kelry's interviews with Elizabeth Tabish, Jonathan Roumie, and Dallas Jenkins that she had while on the Red Carpet of the KLOVE Fan Awards in Nashville!

HPN Global Chapters are Thriving!
We are celebrating the incredible growth around the world of our HPN Global Local Chapters! We now have 163 active chapters in 42 cities around the world! Over Memorial Day weekend, HPN program director Kelry went to Nashville and was able to encourage that chapter. And this past weekend, our Dallas/ Ft. John Travolta Struggles with Loss
Let’s pray for John Travolta, who has admitted to be struggling through many losses in his life, including the 2020 death of his wife, Kelly Preston. As he searches for peace and fulfillment, we pray for him to see the truth of Scientology and embrace Jesus for hope and healing. The enemy loves to steal, kill and destroy the hearts of men and we want to fight for John’s heart through prayer! Remember that with God, NOTHING is impossible!

California & LA Film Industry
We need your prayers for the California film and TV industry. Because of our state and our city's high costs and insufficient tax incentives for local location shoots, film companies are shooting their TV and film projects out of town. This started decades ago and yet it's gotten worse and worse, and last week the LA Times said, “We have to stop the bleeding.” Would you pray that we stop losing projects, families, and jobs in California and especially in LA, because it’s currently devastating both to our local economy and to the professionals who can’t get work in their home state and city.

The Cannes Film Festival's Winning Films
The 77th Annual Cannes Film Festival just ended, after 11 days of premiere film screenings, seminars, parties and interviews with some of the world's greatest celebrities, producers, directors and studio executives. The winning films were chosen by a group of international judges, chaired by American writer/director of Barbie and the upcoming Netflix Chronicles of Narnia series, Greta Gerwig. We want you to pray for these films, and the people behind them, because they will impact not only global audiences, but they will influence what films the studios and independent filmmakers will make going forward. The power of films is incredible and we want our prayers to be a part of their influence.

Did you know that Netlfix offers over 100 free Video Games to their subscribers? And this month they are releasing four new games that are all based on their four most popular Reality Shows. Let's pray that the Netflix decision-makers will be wise in what they are making available to all of their subscribers and that audiences will be wise in how they spend their time. The average American spends over 4 hours a day on their phones. Let our prayers make a difference in how those 4+ hours a day are stewarded, especially by Christians. | | |

It's a thought provoking film about an artist who struggles with reality and strives to stay connected to his family. The filmmakers', who are HPN members, goal is to give hope, care and conversation surrounding mental illness for all people that it impacts.
