A more informed buyer will save themselves, and their real estate agent, valuable time by filtering out homes they aren’t interested in.
According to the NAR Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends Report, 98% of all buyers used the internet “frequently” to search for homes. Among those buyers, 46% stated that they found virtual tours “very useful” in their search for the home they eventually bought. Those numbers are hard to ignore.

- 65% more email inquiries
