HMAA members and groups can qualify for our $300 quarterly prize drawing regardless of whether the referred company enrolls with HMAA. The referred company must be licensed and actively engaged in business in Hawai‘i.

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and one of the ways HMAA supports members’ health is by providing FREE at-home test kits to screen for colorectal cancer. Although it is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S., colon cancer can be cured if caught early.

HMAA offers free kits to members between ages 45 and 75 who have not had a sigmoidoscopy in the last 5 years, a colonoscopy in the last 10 years, or an at-home test in the last 12 months according to our records. Eligible members may request a kit online or contact our Wellness team. 

Join us on Saturday, April 27 at this impactful event! Register now for Hawai‘i’s Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes at Kapi‘olani Park, featuring live entertainment, a keiki tent, and a wellness fair.

We’ll walk about 2 miles with hundreds of other passionate people to support those living with diabetes and fundraise for the American Diabetes Association while enjoying a day of fun.
